  • How do I reserve my date?
    Dates are booked on a first come first serve basis. First, I like to schedule a phone consultation to discuss your dream wedding look and all the important details. Schedule your call here. I require a signed contract and a retainer fee payment of 50% of wedding day makeup cost. This payment is non-refundable. Final payment is due two weeks before the wedding date.
  • What is a Wedding Makeup Consultation & Preview?
    The Wedding Makeup Consultation & Preview is a personalized experience designed to ensure that you look your absolute best on your special day. The session begins with an in-depth consultation where we'll discuss your vision, wedding theme, bridal look inspirations, and any specific makeup styles or looks you prefer. We'll also take into account your skin type, any sensitivities, and your everyday makeup routine to create a personalized look that enhances your natural beauty. Following the consultation, Jackie will perform a full makeup trial, applying a complete makeup look that aligns with your discussed preferences. This allows you to see how it will look and feel throughout the day. You’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback, and we can adjust the look to your satisfaction. My goal is to make you feel comfortable and confident, so when your wedding day arrives, you can focus on making memories, knowing your makeup is in the hands of a professional.
  • Are false lashes included?
    False lashes are included in the Bride's Preview and Wedding day application. False lashes can be added on to the Bridal Party makeup for $20/pp.
  • Do you offer airbrush?
    Yes! I use a long-lasting, natural-looking, dewy finish that blends seamlessly for sheer to full coverage. It will look like your skin and it will not feel heavy.
  • Do you have a service minimum?
    Yes and No... Services provided in my Salem studio are not subject to a minimum. If you would like me to travel to you for on-site makeup services there is an $800 or 4 person minimum. Travel fee is separate.
  • Can you accommodate a large party?
    Yes. Groups with 7+ or with less than 60 mins/bride and 45 mins/pp, I will bring an additional makeup artist. Additional MUA Fee: $150/ extra artist
  • Do you charge a travel fee?
    There is no travel fee for locations within 20 miles of 01970. A Travel Rate of $1 per mile will be assessed after 20 miles traveled from 01970, each way. For locations more than 2 hours away (one way), overnight accommodations will be required. Venue's valet rate to be paid by bride where free parking is not available.
  • How early can you arrive?
    I will arrive at any time necessary to have everyone ready on time for the wedding, but appointments will be charged $50 for every 30 minutes before 8am.
  • What if i have allergies?
    Please inform me of any allergies you have asap. This allows me to make sure I can safely accommodate you. I offer gluten free skin care and makeup.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    Cash, Visa, Master Card, AMEX and Discover are methods of payment accepted.
  • Are gratuities included?
    No. Gratuities are never added to the price upfront, but are greatly appreciated when you are happy with our work.
  • Do you offer non-wedding makeup services?
    Yes! I offer 'special occasion' makeup. This is usually booked for birthday glam, holiday parties, prom, date night/girls night out, or any other time you want to look flawless. I also offer makeup for photo sessions with Coughlin Photography.
  • Where are special occasion makeup appointments held?
    Special occasion makeup appointments are held at my in-home studio in Salem, MA. Makeup appointments booked for a photography session with Coughlin Photography are held in Norwood, MA.
